Above is the affidavit/application for a search and seizure warrant that was applied for by local ACO Bell and State ACO Wescovich on 3/24/2022 - the DAY AFTER they, along with State Police, and a DCF investigator, had the lock cut off the front gate of the family property, they all illegally entered the property, a state cop says - paraphrasing - "there is a court order" (there was not) to Joann, and as soon as Joann Connelly said - paraphrasing - (see videos at links below), "no, there isn't" she was attacked and assaulted by the cop/s, yanked around, handcuffed, and was "detained" (please see video clips below).
Remember, in the second blog post, it was thoroughly explained when and where Joann had complied with the court order of having a home visit done with her daughter by DCF Investigator Susan Rooke (the blonde woman in the 3rd video clip below - clearly, one of the law enforcement officers is beginning to realize that perhaps the animal control officers in the house/on the property is NOT LEGAL), who in our opinion is a massive liar and in conspiracy with ACO Bell, ACO Wescovich, and ACO DellaRocco. Per the actual court order, Investigator Rooke did a home visit at the property where Joann and her daughter were staying on March 21, 2022. During that visit, Rooke asked about the animals in Joann's care and was explicitly told by Joann (there is a video recording of this to prove this is true) that Joann was going over to the family home EVERYDAY to feed, water, clean, and take care of the animals. So if what the warrant application that ACOs Wescovich and Bell filed said is true, either Investigator Rooke lied about getting reports that animals were "left behind" (and if that is what actually occurred, were the people who filed those reports arrested for "false reporting" because that is a crime?), or there were "reports" that she should have documentation of and/or in her phone log if the person/s who reported called her. Quite frankly, we don't believe there were any reports of animals being "left behind" from anyone, and the primary players (Wescovich, Bell, and Rooke who in our opinion were/are conspiring against Joann) put their little pin heads together and came up with a plan to gain entrance to the family property ILLEGALLY.
We are inserting video clips of State cops lying (or maybe they thought they were telling the truth because investigator Rooke said to them "I have a court order" even though it had expired on 3/21/22? If that's the case, shouldn't Rooke be arrested for LYING to the police?) and stating to Joann after the lock had been cut off her front gate that - paraphrasing - "we have a court order", Joann responds "no, you don't" (which was true because the home visit court order by DCF expired on 3/21/22 and this trespassing occurred on 3/23/22), and no sooner do the words come out of her mouth is Joann grabbed off her porch, manhandled, pushed, pulled, and dragged around, abused (we have photos of bruises and contusions on Joann), handcuffed, and "detained" according to one of the cops. Yes folks, this is how your Constitutional Rights are trampled in Connecticut/Corrupticut when agencies, angry spouses, ex-SOs, and/or family members, nasty neighbors, people who operate other rescues, or all of the above seek to take you out.
Then, while Joann was "detained", (basically held hostage and abused on her own property), ACO Wescovich and ACO Bell scampered around the property illegally, they went in the house illegally (with Joann on video begging them to please not hurt the rescue dogs in case one bit them because they are strangers and the dogs and cats were terrified), they illegally went wherever they wanted to on the property basically, taking photos, throwing stuff around, rifling through stuff, scaring the hell out of the dogs and cats, and getting information for the warrant they HAD NOT filed for yet.
So to reiterate; there was NO SEARCH WARRANT and/or NO COURT ORDER in force that allowed any of the culprits to be on Joann's property. And then to add insult to injury, when the cops are finally releasing her from handcuffs, one cop says to Joann that - paraphrasing - "you know you let us onto the property/ invited us onto the property"......seriously, what an asshole because if they were "invited" why in the hell would they have attacked Joann, flung her around, dragged her, handcuffed her, etc just because she said "no, there is not {a court order}"? Additionally, why would they cut the lock off the front gate if they were invited? They would have called out to Joann, climbed over the fence, went around the perimeter trying to get her attention, called her, emailed her (DCF Investigator Rooke has her contact information). The answers are that they knew they were TRESPASSING, THERE WAS NO COURT ORDER, THERE WAS NO SEARCH AND/OR SEIZURE WARRANT, and THEY WERE THERE ILLEGALLY ABSOLUTELY TRAMPLING MORE THAN A FEW of Joann's Constitutional Rights.
So remember citizens of Corrupticut, if someone, or several someone's, are out to get you, all they have to do is file numerous false reports, a conspiracy is formed, (here's a question for all of you readers: they list several previous reports in the search warrant affidavit above spanning 2 years that never had ACOs seizing animals. So it makes us wonder if finding nothing to act on regarding previous complaints that they cited, did the cops, along with a DCF investigator, and the ACOs involved, ARREST the false reporters on previous complaints for wasting taxpayers' money investigating bullsh*t? How were those previous reports they listed even relevant to this one, and why would a judge even allow those on an affidavit for a warrant? We know those answers, and you will too), and your goose is cooked.
The typical false reporter is an informant wanting to wipe charges against them for other misdeeds/crimes clean (more on this in a later blog post), or they are a "competing" rescue that’s connected with an ACO, they are cops, judge/s, a vet who will make a lot of money doing half-assed, incompetent "exams" and "treatment" on seized animals (they often get in trouble when their corrupt asses are turned into the state veterinary board for investigation), or any number of other bad people who are liars.
Read the warrant application, watch and listen to the video clips where cops are lying, assaulting and abusing someone while trespassing on their property (lovely how the cop grabs Joann off her porch after she says - paraphrasing - "no, there is no court order" - remember, the court order for a home visit by DCF expired on 3/21/22 when Investigator Rooke did a home visit with the minor child and this illegal trespassing on Joann by state police, local and state animal control officers, and the DCF investigator occurred on 3/23/22) and we will expand on all of this in the next blog posts. We have a lot of evidence of illegalities, conspiracy (which includes Attorney General of Connecticut Tong who has said on the record in media reports that Joann is guilty - why would he say that? In our opinion, he is involved in the conspiracy against Joann because he HAS NOT proclaimed in the media that other owners in recent seizures that local and state ACOs have done are guilty.....very curious, but the various pieces of this puzzle WILL be put together), lying/perjury, false reporting, illegal activities with Connecticut DCF (there are many other people who are having problems with CT DCF and they are exposing them in various media outlets), incompetent vet reports (the vets that "examined" the animals will have a lot of explaining to do to the veterinary board), etc that will be posted publicly.
Truly tragic is the fact that since this travesty began in March 2022 (Joann has been being targeted for years according to previous false reports, only this time her attackers got desperate and were/are doing ILLEGAL things and they massively violated her Constitutional Rights among many other things), dogs and cats that Joann would have rescued from bad situations are NOT being rescued, and they are suffering and dying. Those who attacked Joann couldn't care less about those dogs and cats as evidenced by the fact that ACOs Wescovich and Bell are too busy attacking innocent people, misusing their authority, and they haven't lifted a finger to help the type of dogs and cats that Joann has helped, and wants to continue to help, out of bad situations. Joann is in a subset minority that cowardly people often target: middle-aged or older single women who o0ften can't fight back as their lives are being destroyed. The difference here is that Joann IS fighting back, she's not knuckling under because she loves and cares about the dogs and cats that she rescued, and she also wants to continue to help other animals out of bad situations that her attackers couldn't care less about. In our opinion, there is also a very shady, shifty situation with her minor daughter who is NOT in a certified foster home getting the extensively documented help she needs.
